Really good comfortable bed, good air conditioning, clean bathroom, LCD TV, free Wifi internet and good breakfast. Very good hotel.
Table in the room is not good for working. Too small, too low. Design of the room is like chateau style. I personally prefer modern design.

The hotel is at a very convenient city spot, very close to the Old City and many monuments, museums, etc. The hotel building itself is really unique and my room was spacious, comfortable and stylish. I especially enjoyed the robe, iron, umbrella and free tea/coffee that were available in the room. Finally, i strongly suggest that travelers who really want to relax should try the aromatherapy treatment at the hotel's spa. Overall a great experience!

Our room was high-class and well-appointed, with free wireless internet, a small mini fridge and a coffeemaker.

Without asking for it, we were upgraded to an apartment.
The concierge services were not at the level I expected for a hotel of this quality.

The location was very good, interior decoration of the hotel [lobby, stairs, walls] was very interesting also ; the room was nice & bathroom had glass walss and I really liked the sink design; breakfast - very good. The staff was also prompt & helpful (needed a rasor kit + toothbrush - I got them immediately in my room].
Works were carried on at the spa at the time of my visit [but these things happen, so no harm done]

The rooms are great and so is all the hotels' furniture and design. Also great location and very kind and helpful personnel. Ideal for some days in the city.
The breakfast that was à la carte wasn't very convinient but it was probably because there were few guests at the time.

Gorgeous historic hotel, excellent interior decor and antiques, proximity to major attractions
The Wi-Fi in the reception is surprisingly weak!!! The gym equipment selection is painfully limited, leaving little room for a solid workout!!!

We loved the beautiful ambiance and elegant decor. The staff was attentive. We enjoyed visiting the Victoria Club, where the atmosphere was perfect for a family gathering, and the menu was tailored to meet our tastes.
In my wife's opinion, a play area for kids would have been great.

Great location, in the very center of the city, very good service, staff always helpful and polite. The breakfast was also good (the only meal I've had in the hotel).

The hotel had a luxurious look in the Reception areas and the dining areas. My room also looked very nice and was always clean and neat - including the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the breakfast room were always attentive. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linen was excellent quality. The room was quiet and well insulated against noise.
The reception staff left a little to be desired... The room was small and the shower leaked over the floor, so I asked for a different room, however they did nothing about it except dry it every day. It is extremely annoying when one stands in cold water in socked feet. For a double room, there was only one chair and one vanity stool... So nowhere to sit for a second person and enjoy the room. The bathroom also was not well designed, and the handbasin, while being a very interesting design, was not practical. The water took a long time to become hot because of the design of the tap and outlet, and even in the shower, it was not hot enough, and for a bath was luke-warm after filling the bath. The tea making facility was ill conceived and reduced the space even more.
